Cupra ST 300 dsg

Awesome !

Been a while since I had a four wheel drive car. Nice to be back .With 300bhp there is no shortage of entertainment . Overtaking is so much safer . The seven speed dsg is a delight .Gear changes are so smooth and even in Cupra mode they aren’t too violent. These type of cars are the last of a dying breed. Full fat performance without any hybrid stuff. Fuel consumption on a trip of 100miles on mainly motorways works out at 39mpg. Day to day around 32 to 35 mpg . Cupra mode and it sinks into the twenties ! The car handles beautifully with superb steering. Quiet on a cruise as well. The automatic cruise control is excellent by the way . I am running her on Hankook winter icept tyres at the moment . They suit the car and give excellent traction in icy and wet conditions
