1.5 dCi 68bhp Expression

A great little mini MPV with space, economy and pace

Not the best looking car Renault have produced, if you squint its like a small version of the Scenic.
However dont let that put you off, its solid well built, has one of the best Diesel engines on the market (Mercedes put this engine in the new A class!) economic 68 mpg, comfortable on the motorway at 70mph (can do more) all day long.with a nice high commanding view, A lovely gearbox for town running, and so easy to park in tight spaces, owing to its short length. Mine has a double Sun roof with one opening, and a tow bar for a light 500kg trailor, Easy to clean, cheap to insure. The Modus is mainly driven by "older" people who are attracted by its ease of entry, and high driving position and having 5 doors. The concept has been copied by Suzuki, but not bettered, It is a shame the Model has been dropped from the UK market, as I would like to replace it with another New one. There is nothing on the market quite like this little Modus, a real French Gem!
