Nissan x trail Tekna diesel
Ticks 99% of the boxes
We bought this car because we were wanting the option of being able to tow any caravan we wished to buy, there were a few other criteria we had to factor in, my mam is 96 and we had to be able to see if she could get in and out ok, the x trail is great for her, she uses the back head restraint bars to hold getting in and just slides out when we have to get out. Her wheelchair fits in so easily in the boot, as well. The towing of our 6 berth caravan is absolutely superb tows like a dream, and the ease of hooking up the van with the use of the cameras is so so easy, we also have a dog and the large boot area travels him easily with loads of room, The diesel consumption works out very reasonable for the size of car and usage, the room inside is great for us as passengers and the after care with nissan its self is great. If I had to search for an issue I don't like I would have to say it was the dpf filter, but this is apparently on all large diesel engine cars so...
I can HONESTLY say this is the best and nicest car we have ever had and we are both in our 60's now so we have had a few, and as you might have guessed this review is from a womans point of view with no real spec issues involved, nope i DON'T CARE at all what revs or whatever it does it gets us all from A to B very nicely, easily, comfortably and safely, What more could you want?
