The Best Car I have ever owned
THis is my third x-trail. and I really wanted to buy something else, I looked at all the competion, and nearly went for a Santa Fe. But a test drive in a new X trail and i realised this was far superior. It felt a class above the other cars I drove, and is laden with kit. THe sat nav and sound system are fantastic, cruise control power seats and sunroof all great.
My other X trails were good, but these seats, the smooth power and great ride make this a mile eater to rival a merc. This is a truly great car.
THe interior is well though out and well put together, and the drawers in the luggage area a stroke of genius, means i cna keep all the things i want to in the load area and keep the load area free, and the load area is huge, usable and big, with the seats down it swallows more than i could have imagined, with the seats up it is big enough for a washing machine or fridge to go in easily, let alone the family shop or holidya luggage.
THis car does not complain, seems to get better and better the more miles it has done, and it is reliable. I do about 18000 miles a year and that is just one serice in the x trail which needs a service once a year r every 18000 miles which ever is sooner.
I hope nissan don't replace it with anything less well though out, cause my next car will be an x trail, and I might even but a run out model of this version if i don't like it's replacement.
The four wheel drive system is fantastic too, let alone the reversing camera .........
