Beautiful interior, high quality finish, appalling drive nonchalant customer service.
I waited for this model to be released and ordered one to my exact specification totalling just short of £49k.
It arrived scratched, dealer informed me and said would repair it ASAP. Within 24hrs a clunk and jolt could be felt when steering in forward or reverse. Steering so heavy I thought the speed sensitive steering wasn't working and contacted my dealer.
To cut a long story short, this car has a fault. MB are describing it as a characteristic, yet some owners claim theirs doesn't do it, so why does mine? No help from dealer, customer service uninterested, they advise you to go to the Ombudsman. Trying to get a refund, returned the car and currently have a hire car.
