Reliability and Satnav

Lovely car which drives well with one major issue on my car.

The Satnav keeps giving an error code, the maps dont update automatically, it has been in the dealer numerous times each time for a map update (2 days each time) and a month later the error is back.
The error states the map version is incorrect and I have a black screen, it then works a few days later. However every time we have gone away we get the error message

I dont know if this is common issue or just my car !!

I have contacted the dealership again, Mercedes Customer Support and have also emailed Mercedes CEO due to the issue as I am fed up with this.

So response time for emails or calls to the above are:

Dealer - 11 days to respond to first email (now booked back in again, however they did cancel my initial booking)
Mercedes Customer support - 9 days to respond - investigating case will com back in 5 days - still waiting
Mercedes CEO - 11 days to respond (CEO office responded, I then provided a further update, no response so far)

After 25 years of buying Mercedes cars, this is my last one, next car will be Jag, BMW or Lexus
