An excellent all round car

1.6 hatch TS2 Ice Blue; Purchased new from main dealer in sept 2006 to replace faulty Peugeot 307; Mazda has been 100% reliable; not a single fault thats cost me in nearly 5 years..
after 3 years dealer replaced under warranty the neck to the petrol tank( first bit after taking the cap off) - slight rust spotting - done at the same time as regular service so no time off the road... as noted by others the alloys now showing some spotting - I guess made worse by excessive salt on roads the last 2 winters..Comfortable for long journeys - average around 40mpg if gentle with right foot but on long motorway will drop to mid 30's if you push on to 75 -80mph;service costs also very reasonable around £200 each year main dealer averaging 12000 a year .. so far so good .. keep of swap for new model ?
