Reliable and fun to drive
Bought this car as a cheap run-around. Bought the Saloon as it looks much better and the reviews said it handles better than the hatch too
Initially I had an issue with the inlet manifold, but then after researching I read it's an inherant fault with all Mazda 3's and nothing serious.
Mixed driving gets me around 35mpg and I have a heavy Right foot
Ive had it now for 15 months, and the rear arches are starting to rust. I dont know what to replace it with though as nothing comes close IMO. The mechanicals are reliable as per my previous Mazda 6
