Disappointing range

Got this fully electric car as a company car after weeks of deliberation about a claimed range of "up to 190 miles", much less than competitors.
We thought we might get around 160 and could probably live with that.
After a week of ownership we are getting a paltry 100, maybe 110 tops. Had we been given those figures we would not have got the car. Claimed efficiency is 3.7miles per kW hour but we are getting 2.4. That's about 50% less.
Everything else is very Lexus. Well built, quiet, top quality
Lexus are investigating our issue. We're NOT happy!!
