SUPERB BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED AND MOST RELAXING TO DRIVE

Fully loaded has everything that you need and more.
Not had the quality of service from my dealer that Lexus is famous for. The Carlisle dealership left oil marks on the cream leather upholstery and implied that it was my fault as I had left instructions tha it should not be cleaned and said that if I had not done this that oil marks would have been found when they valeted it.MOST STRANGE EXCUSE.

All the settings had been changed and when I complained once again was given a strange excuse that they were glad that they had been changed as it showed that they had done their job. I then had to spend in excess of an hour resetting everything. Told the quality control manager that I wanted a call back from the Dealer Principal and had to phone to speak to him as the message had not been passed on.

This has not spoiled my enjoyment of the car and cannot wait for Covid restictions to end so that I can use it more.

I have owned Porshe, BMW, Mercedes etc in past.
