Whisper quiet and swift 4Wd luxury

2016 update: it has now completed 80,000 trouble-free miles and it is turning out to be a good long term proposition. HJ's remark about jiggly ride at low speed is right on the money but that is the only criticism I have. Lovely to drive on a run, it is as smooth as glass on the motorway and economical in traffic or stop/start driving. 37mpg is best we have managed but 32-33 overall is realistic. Good seats, all the gizmos and unostentatious if you are not into bling. It is so silent and relaxing in traffic: a Roller owner told me last year that only this car is a quiet as a Rolls. The interior may be bland but it's beautifully built bland.
