Generally faultless with one exception

I bought the car in August 2017, got it serviced at the dealer for the 10 year, 100,000 mile Lexus Warranty. It is now 9 I/2 years old and has covered 72,500 miles.

It has been faultless until about 1 month ago when the HVAC stopped allowing adjustment to the demister setting.

The Lexus dealer diagnosed the fault as being a faulty heater control servo motor which is somewhere behind the dashboard. Despite being towards the end of the manufacturer warranty, Lexus replaced the part and provide a courtesy car whilst it was being repaired.

The repair, removing and reinstalling the dashboard, took 2 people 13 hours each to complete and would otherwise have cost £4,056 at the normal hourly rate.

Lexus quality and customer service cannot be faulted.
