Swift comfortable stylish and practical
This is a lovely car to drive as well as being swift and economical for its size and performance. It is comfortable on a long motorway trip and rewarding to drive on A and B roads belying its size with its composure and fluency through the bends. Being an estate car it is practical however there aren't that many cubby holes to store the things we all seem to have in our cars these days and compared to a BMW 5 service estate there's no under boot floor storage, no where to put the load cover if you remove it and no inbuilt net to divide the luggage space which means the aftermarket dog guard stays in place mosty even if the dog isn't in. That said if you need a load lugger with space grace and pace and XF Sportbrake beats any SUV.
