A brilliant car let down by a deadly dual clutch transmission

We bought this car in 2017 as a replacement for a Kia Sorento, for the first few months it was superb, but gradually it became a frightening car to drive when you came to a junction or a roundabout you didn’t know wether it would pull away or not
The car has been back to the Hyundai dealer many times and they agree that it is not right but they don’t know how to fix it
They blame us for driving it to slow but I have told them we are only allowed to go 70 max on motorways
The car is very comfortable on long journeys and the fuel consumption is good in the warm weather but very low in winter
I would buy another Hyundai if they didn’t fit it with a Dual clutch
