Good big comfy tow car at reasonable cost to run

I've had my Hyundai Santa Fe Diesel nearly 8yrs its towed all its life from new Boat then onto Caravan current mileage 36,000miles, its a comfy car & its been used off road on grass & tracks for fishing too, problems have been small issues done under warranty, " front shock bushes replaced, rear brake disc distorted, new steering wheel flaked" .I have a current problem with back door central lock not opening in cold weather its ok in summer when its warm which I need to address ,apart from that shes being good touch wood ! & returned 43mpg recently on motorway ,local driving 32-36mpg. Towing 27-32mpg normally get 36 -38 solo good return for car this weight & size but really good stable tow car too . I did have one freak mpg on the motorway going to Carlisle fishing, using shell fuel she returned on the run 54mpg but it not being repeated thats if the mpg gauge is accurate I keep thinking of up grading her but she keeps going one thing the steering marginally has to be corrected at times & she does roll a bit but overall a good solid car which has given me good service I am aware the mileage is low .
