The bought of my life

To start positively,
all is tru.

A box with tricks, a car as no other.
While i had all my life the wish to own a Porsche, this little Honda vanished it all from the map.
To be that satisfied, needs an explanation.
This car makes me happy, like i had with the Mini Cooper.

Ok, let’s buy a Jazz was my goal, but it ended up as the bought of my life.
First it is full options, and second that engine. That engine.
O my goodness, what a diamond is that.
That sound, the pull, the experience of a natural aspirated engine that feels like it contain a turbo compressor.
I look at the CVT stick, a mysterious S at the end. Sports? Speed? Soichiro? Spa? Silverstone?
Sport shift. F1 steer shifts, i feel like Max in it’s RB.

Seed heating, ok, my bud never too cold. Automatic windscreen wipers, automatic lights (full led), traffic recognition system, lane departure control, parking sensors, pedestrian warning control, collision warning control, everywhere airbags, magic seats, limo leg room for the back passengers, head room enough, nice dash, leather wrapped sport steering-wheel with alll knobs you need, full map Garmin navi, 6 loudspeakers, hands free phone, cup holders, read lights, active head rests, seat level adjustment, cruise control, speed limiter, usb, hdmi, sigaret lighter connector, mid arm rest adjustable wrapped with leather, Dynamic red interior stitching, powered windows front and rear, eco meter, brake discs front and rear, abs, vsa, traction control, metallic paint, light alloy wheels, steering house adjustable hight and length, eps, remote key, airco, side mirror heating, rear window heating, fog lights in the front.

Driving character. Dynamic. Straight stability ok, corners are fine, steering character not too sensitive, comfort ok, wet conditions safe, braking without unstable situations.
I made an emergency brake action, because a car in front of me hit the brakes for a pedestrian who pops up out of nowhere, so my Jazz got the ultimate brake test. The warning signals where on time, and i stoped my Jazz like it had carbon Porsche 911 discs.
City situations fabulous, high ways are relax cruising lanes where my Jazz feels like a fish into the waters.
Road overview great, but a pain sometimes to spot the traffic lights, while the traffic recognition system takes a big place at the front window behing the rear mirror.

The fuel consumption is for a turboles engine very good. I score a 6 liters on 100 kilometers.
I use a E5 fuel. That is a petrol with not too much ethanol mixed with regular petrol.
Honda makes no problem if you refuel with E10, but i like it when the petrol have a higher octane number.
This for a more sporty engine character and longer distance reach.
The topspeed i did not tried, but i am faster than the newest KIA Niro, a bit faster than the average Ioniq 5.

Honda dealer mistakes. Soon i checked the engine oil level, i discovered that the mechanic was a bit too enthusiastic with the Castrol Edge. So i bought a pump and get rid of the overdose of engine oil.
After checking the engine oil level, i was happy to see that finally my Jazz have the perfect engine oil level.
This is very important, because i know that this kind of high quality engines do not throw oil out, so i had to fix this.
The engine oil temperature was about 50 degree Celsius i guess, so not too hot or too cold.
The rest oil i stored for ecological reasons in a safe reservoir. Earth dreams is king, so i am glad to have such a Honda as my car.
Honda dealer mistake two. Hand brake not adjusted. I think they forget that customers can live in the hills.
Yes, i bought my Jazz where the land is as flat as a snooker table, but when you drive a hundred miles south, the country can change into a landscape with hills.
Honda dealer mistake three. Where is the users manual? I text the seller, but after the promise he would send me the manual, still not seen a manual. Despite of this, i read the manual online at the Honda website.

After the mistakes, there are also little good things, but that go away while they gave a poor price for my Honda Civic.
After all they sell me a very good Jazz with not too much users wear. Ok, i overseen some scratches on the wheels in front.
But it stay a second hand car, i must have eagle eyes to spot damages. The overall condition is not bad at all and not a point to complain about.
But i aspected a better customer relationship with the Honda dealer. Now it feels like, they sell me the Jazz, now i must go to search for a better Honda dealer. Again, because my old Honda dealer was great, but they could not find mechanics, so they had to stop with the company. A very good car dealer with heart for the customers. Rob and Ruud, i will thank you for the great service and the top service you gave to my Honda Civic. Through them i was infected with the Honda Jazz virus.
Honda will mis that great company too, they are rare these days.
