Ford dealership know little about this vehicle.
Spanner symbol and chimes activated 1 month and 1 day before 1st service due. Service booked and left with ford dealership for 24 hours. Car not valeted upon arrival to collect car, persuaded to wait. Wheels only cleaned. Delay due to technicians who did not know how to reset spanner service symbol, 7 people involved. Invoice stated that the power steering reservoir had been checked, although the ka+ has an electric motor. The battery was marked as checked. Bodywork marked as checked, although car had not been washed. Spare wheel check marked as not applicable, although there was a spare wheel and tyre in tthe boot. Less than 2 months later, a system message popped up: System off to save battery. The abs malfunction warning light was illuminated too. Phoned and visited said ford dealership regarding fault. They didn't know the battery was not stop and go. They refused to replace the battery. I charged it myself. The system warnings went out. 3 months later there was anothers system message: System off to save battery. I replaced the battery myself, hence system messages disappeared at last. Contacting ford directly as to whether they are reimbursing me for cost of new battery, and consider training said ford dealership staff appropriately.
