Brilliant

This is my third Fiesta ST3…… need I say more?
3 friends have bought such based upon my experience and my last ST3 did 165000 trouble free miles in 6 years and has now moved on to my son. It costs buttons to service btw.
My latest and current version with the limited slip diff steering is slightly heavier than the Mk7 and steering perhaps not as good as the Mk7 for outright driving experience but the interior is a vast improvement. The B&O sound system is very good indeed.
It’s still having said this a joy to drive and I call it my “happy car” as I am when I drive it
Electronics in my View too complex and the self dipping main beam in particular too slow to react at times.
The boot is slightly borrower than the Mk7 between the rear spring columns as they are larger.
It is in truth a 2 seater unless you are short
Exhaust sound is great but as I’m over 60 makes me appear to be an aged boy racer.
So far like the last two it’s utterly trouble free, I have now driven over 250,000 miles in the three so I reckon I know their strengths many and weaknesses ( very few). It’s brilliantly maintained by Gwyndaff Evans in Porthmadog.
Would I buy another? absolutely if I could get another 3 door version but Ford like VW have ceased production of those so this is likely to very very sadly be my last.
