THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM BMW UK! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I purchased this vehicle with 35k miles on the clock and had great expectations from a "BMW Product". Oh my goodness how wrong was I, the engine packed in completely as the timing chain had stretched and caused consequential damage to the Pistons and valves etc... The poor Dealer who sold it couldn't have been more helpful and liaised with BMW Garage to get it sorted under BMW goodwill as there was a full service history and low mileage. BMW couldn't have cared less and told us to get lost in no uncertain terms!!

Do BMW think that one of their flagship engines packing in at 35k is acceptable??? I sure as heck dont!!! To be fair to the dealer he gave me all my money back and said he would bear the responsibility of getting the car fixed which would take quite some time. So there you go, never ever buy BMW!!! My wife's Kia less than half the price and KIA covered a set of Alloys as they were pitting slightly (5 year old car!!!) Take note BMW as this is how customer service SHOULD be done!!!!!

I will never again recommend anyone to BMW as I feel they have acted terribly and without remorse for building a sub standard engine and then refusing to admit it!! AVOID!!!!
