The best car I have ever owned
Superb comfort and performance with amazing fuel economy for such a big car. Achieved 49 mpg from London to Bath on the M4. Mixed driving around town and some motorways still gives around 35mpg. This is half the fuel consumption of my previous V8 Cayenne and the BMW is both faster, smoother and a better ride for passengers.
A few negatives: A reversing camera is almost essential as the rear visibility is very poor and there is no rear windscreen wiper. The leather seats are very comfortable but tend to mark very easily (don't even think of wearing new jeans in this car if you have light coloured seats!). Big wheels give a rather harsh ride over potholes due to hard sidewalls.
