Overall reliability

Too big, over computerised, poor design and uncomfortable

Never imagined for a moment that a brand new BMW in 2021 would be less comfortable than a 13 year old VW Polo.
218D Luxury (no less) gives back ache after 15 minutes into every journey!!
VW Polo seats appear to be simply formed and manufactured to support the natural shape of the human spine and back.
BMW now inform me that my car neither has manual or electric adjustable lumbar support as I didn't order these as an optional extra,
Have tried using a cushion in the small of my back but to no avail.
Fortunately, still have the Polo and so have reverted to using that instead. Such an improvement, easy to drive, comfortable and no back ache!!
Why on earth did I buy a BMW?? Biggest mistake I've ever made in nearly 40 years of driving.
