Delighted with this Audi

We bought this Q2 as an almost new replacement for a VW T-Cross that had unsolvable body noises - flexing doorframes and a thumping noise from the rear suspension. Both of these faults spoilt the VW's
otherwise refined drive. The Audi has not disappointed, having a remarkably solid feel to the body without the slightest sign of any squeak or rattle, and this rounds off a very pleasingly refined drive. It is true that the ride on 55 profile R17 tyres is a little unsettled on less than smooth surfaces, however I've come to accept this as a worthwhile trade-off for the excellent higher speed planted feel of the car on the open road at touring speeds.
The DSG gearbox is truly outstanding, being exceptionally smooth and anticipating the correct ratio required in all situations, while the performance of the 1.4 turbo is both smooth in operation and certainly lively enough for us. Economy is adequate but not outstanding.
Thus far the car has proved to be completely reliable with no faults at all. It has been a pleasure to own and is highly recommended.
