1.4 TFSI 125ps SE 5dr Hatchback

Comfortable, good quality interior and well thought out instrumentation

OK so most people say it's an overpriced Golf.. more money than sense etc. However this is my second Audi A3 1,4 TFSI Sportback and it's proving to be absolutely fine. Good driving position for me (and I"ve had probably 50 cars in my lifetime) and this is one of the most comfortable. Good quality materials inside, especially in leather trim. Nor much to look at from the outside but that's no bad thing.

One of the few cars in which the media screen can be retracted out of sight - nice touch and the simplicity and operation of the (optional) heating/air con unit is worth a mention!! I've looked at a few similar cars and it's buttons, switches, soft pads everywhere to do the same thing. The A3 has almost minimalist controls but provides everything you need in a well laid out way.

It was good buy from new (via carwow). Have now covered 30,000 miles in three years and normally looking to change. Not this time. Just wish the dealerships were as reliable as the car!!
