Impressive, well built small/medium range car that's economical and fast enough.
Does everything expected. Ride is a little firm but acceptable: I probably should not have gone for the free upgrade to 17inch wheels! Too much road noise for my liking, which may be due to the Dunlop Sport tyres. I will be fitting 4 new Michelins in the next couple of months, so I will be able to do a comparison. Have done 27,000 miles(May 2010). I'm uusually getting 45-47 MPG on mixed urban /motorway/town use , but I'm not a gentle driver and it is fairly easy to get over 50. No warranty problems so far.
The only optional extra I had was rear parking sensors - highly recommended . Cruise control was std on SE spec in 2008 and I use it regularly: it's an excellent system.
Good service from Audi dealer in Worthing.
