For S/E, search the usual way for a trade specialist wheel refurbers at Tonbridge, they used to have a fleet of vans going round collecting wheels and returning after refurb, can't recall the name but were easy enough to find, they won't be as cheap as the B'ham crew but you don't have much choice if you want nicer wheels.

As Tom, i doubt you'll get a set of wheeltrims to stay on without cable ties through every spoke, it'll look a pigs beakfast, unless you glue 'em on.

Alternatively remove wheels and do it the old way with an electric wire brush attachment and sandpaper and then aerosol spray paint them, i have seen decent enough results from this but much elbow grease used.

To answer the OP's question, I don't think I've ever seen wheel trims on alloy wheels. I doubt if you could make them fit.

For some reason, Priuses (Ok, what is the plural form?) come like this as standard. Grey powder-coated alloy wheels, with no wheel centres, completely hidden by plastic trims.

No idea why......
