Honda Civic 1.6i ES VTEC Auto - Trying to identify noise - adnoh

The car is making a tinny, scraping noise at around 2250 rpm in all gears. At any other rpm it doesn't happen. It does not make the noise when revving the car through that rev band in park or neutral.

What happens at 1125 and 4500 RPM (harmonics of 2250)?

Assuming it's coming from the engine, my first bet would be exhaust manifold heat shield, then further down the exhaust, possibly cat shield.
