It's all I have! Output is 1.25A. I don't mind if it works slowly, I can leave overnight.

I don't think you'd damage the bike electrical at all just giving it a go. But I advised just hooking it up and giving it a go in the first place.

It's just a charger, as long as it's 12V.

It'll be fine although It'll probably take 40+ hours to fully charge a big car battery.
