5 speed 115 bhp 06 ford mondeo 2.0ltr tdci zetec - glow plug light flashing - wots

hi my glow plug light is flashing sometimes but goes when engine turned off then back on but comes back on when i accelerate reducing the power to safe mode, any ideas? could it be injectors or do they need calibrating, when i get a fault code i'll post, many thanks

fault code showed egr valve, so egr valve changed, now reading p1000, how do i get rid of this fault code?
