You say you 'just' bought it - how long ago and privately or from a dealer? If recently from a dealer, they should have repaired it, surely?

It was private and I bought it last weekend.

Any engine roughness or smoke?

Engine seems fine but a lot of White and black smoke

Then it isn't fine at all! There are a lot of threads about broken crankshaft pulleys for this type of engine. Maybe one of them may be relevant. If the timing belt has jumped a couple of teeth that would cause some smoking and loss of power.
