Ford Focus - engine noise in car - T140V

I have just had a new windscreen fitted and I swear that there is now more engine noise in the car! has anyone had this happen to them? it is similar to having a front window slightly open when stationary and reving the engine.

I have come across this lots of times before, i suspect the sealant is missing in one small patch ! if you grab a towel and place it along the lower screen tucking it tight into the dash/screen and you may be able to establish where the sealer is missing ! then go back to the windscreen repaires

Thanks doc. this was exactly what I was hoping it wasn't. I will do the check as suggested. I am already not happy with their work. Ho Hum - live and learn!!!
