After the recent bad winter the front windscreen wipers are causing a problem.

They appear to be running slower than before and the nearside arm judders when it is parking. It also judders at the park position when it is cleaning intermittently but moves freely whilst cleaning continuously. I have checked the operation with the blades lifted off the screen so it is nothing on the screen that is causing the problem.

Does this mean the motor is on its way out or do the linkages need lubricating and if so, how do I get them?
