2005 Honda Civic 1.6SE - Vibration in 3rd. gear. - eddie12

My daughter has just purchased this car, with 50,000 mls. on it, and I notice there is quite a bit of vibration in 3rd. gear when under load - is this anything to be concerned about? (No noticable vibration in any other gear).

Sorry, neglected to mention that the vibration is "through the gear-stick".
