Ford Focus TDCI - Changing engine - Dieselian

Does anyone know if it is possible to change an Endura DI 2002 engine into a 2002 Focus that is a TDCI at the moment?

Of course it's possible. Anything is.

Is it practical?

Do you have the money to redesign the electronics? Like a competent auto electrician for several days?

It is hopelessly impractical...and you would need an engineer's report and MOTs would be fun.(not)
