honda crv 2.2 diesel 2005 - non start

honda crv 2.2 diesel 2005 - non start - sos
The engine cut out while driving up hill and will not start. There are no fault codes and I have limited live data.
Can anyone help me with either a possible cure or a wiring diagram. I would guess at the crank position sensor but I hate guessing .
