Hi folks,

I'm having problems with (I think) a faulty Steering Pump.

Symptoms:

After approx 15 mile journey, on turning sharply and decelerating. The steering gets a heavy leaden effect. Cannot see any leakage of fluid. Checked Resevoir and had to top up, (fluid down to base of container) This was checked this morning, car then ran fine into work (15 mile) then back to home this evening, and has happened again. Now the motor has cooled, checked the fluid level again to find I must have overfilled it this morning, have now corrected this to the MAX line.

Any clues would be appreciated.
