Ford Fiesta 1.4 - EAC Failure warning light- Code P0604 - Amy87

Hi, my 2003 Fiesta's engine keeps cutting out, and the EAC Failure Warning light comes on. The RAC have been out, and have read fault code P0604, but they didn't seem to know which part needed to be replaced. Does anyone have any ideas?! Many thanks
