Recently bought a Clio and have replaced battery and alternator but it packed in yesterday and is showing a Zig zag warning light.

The immobiliser seems to be working okay but there is no power now. Engine not even attempting to turn over. Have tightened up all the parts including alternator belt which had worked loose. Tried charging battery but to no avail, it's just dead. Can anybody help with some advice please?
