apologies for the vague subject title...

the future Mrs L spends a lot of time on the road...100k miles up next week on her '07 2.0 tdi. twice recently the car has lost all power, the first time in lane 3 of the M6 when 'making progess' but she managed to get onto the hard shoulder ok. the second time, a few weeks later, whilst joining the M62.

after being both trailered & towed back to the main dealership, they confirmed it was the same fault and they told her that the other 3 could go at any time. SwMbo is no good with things mechanical, although she loves her electronic handbrake, and cannot remember what they told her the problem was. any ideas please before i ring them myself and find out?

She is now looking forward to her new insignia sometime in the next 12 weeks.
