If you had two working keys then you'd be able to program a third yourself, but if you've only got one, then you'll need to go to a Ford dealer or (from what I've read) an auto key specialist.
Either way it won't be cheap I'm afraid.
It's not the actual key cutting that's the problem, but the chip in the key that's needs programming to overcome the immobiliser.
