Can you please explain how to release the glow plug connector leads model is 2.2 DTI

I'm bumping this one up. Surely someone must know 'The Knack' for this job. I need to do mine (Glow Plugs sat in house waiting) the covers look very easy to break! Help on this one somebody please - Thanks.

Well I've just changed mine this morning. At the top of the connectors there are two 'Grip marks'-opposite each other,you need to squeeze them together and pull.I had to use thin nosed pliers to get a good grip but they came off quite easily.Then a long reach 10mm socket.Mine came out with no problems and the new ones went in with some 'Copperslip on the threads.' If they are the older type plugs,then you need to take off the nut and washer that holds the wiring directly to the glow plug. good luck.
