01 1.3 Noise coming from underneath the car - kinimod2000
Firstly i know nothing about cars so any help would be appreciated! In May i had my MOT and service done at Kwik fit (dont worry ill never be going back) They replaced the shock absorbers and a bit from the exhaust. Since then every time i drive over a speed hump, drain etc my car makes a nosie like a dull thud/creek more often on the passenger side than the drivers. i thought it was just the new shocks asjusting but its since gotten louder and more prominant.

Any ideas of what it could be and can i still take it back to kwikfit!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take it back sounds like you have a faulty part but be right with them give them a chance to fix it.

You will need your receipt as proof have been to them before with the gf car.

Could be that the exhaust is hitting the floor, needs realigning.
