2009 How do you change the front OS foglight lens? - Gallego

Does any one know how to change a front offside fog light lens on a 2009 CR-V? Or is it a sealed unit and requires a whole new part? The lens probably was hit and cracked by a flying stone during a recent motorway run but hey these things happen. The CRV manual only refers to changing of a fog light bulb and even that looks complicated. Might have to bite the bullet and get done by a main dealer or a back street place. Help!!!
