1998 1.9 deadlocks - ferarrifeet
i have a 1998 306 dts which has been sitting at side of house for 3 months,the car has been locked using deadlocks but now the battery is completely flat and i can't gain access to it,do you have any ideas as how to gain entry.the boot does not have a lock. thanks in advance.

You should still be able to use the key in the drivers door lock to unlock. Failing that, if you can see the starter motor by looking under the front of the car, then you could try connecting jump leads to it to provide power to the battery (obviously making sure you've got your wires the correct way around - and connecting the -ve jump lead on the engine block and not near the starter motor.

Thanks, fixed,turned the key half a dozen times and it opened.
