03 2.0TDCi - Cutting out - hugomont
2003 Focus 2.0 TDCI, engines cuts out while driving but starts up again immediately anyone have any ideas. I was told that possible fault is with on board computer. Car has only 60k miles on it and otherwise goes fine.

Many possibilities - and you could just try a new ECU at around £800 [about a 1% chance it's that] but I'd start with getting the codes read.

This could well be a cam position sensor fault and they usually leave codes.
