2005 (05) MK2 1.6 LX from Motability - Norman77
I have the chance to buy my aunties Ford Focus from Motability.
It is a 2005 (05) 1.6 LX 5 door in Metallic grey. Its done 38K with FFSH and one owner.
Cosmetically it has a light crease in the door and a ding in the back bumper.

1.What is its market value?
2.Is it likely to need expensive repairs soon after (e.g cambelt)
