Dunno, haven't had a chance to read the link myself (as OP). From a brief skim read, it seems to give you a couple of links so you can find the cheapest fuel locally.

My son was recently in Scotland (hogmanay time) and tells me that the petrol was about the same price as down south - around 88p/litre. There was one exception; a BP station adjacent to the Grangemouth refinery was selling unleaded at just over 70p/litre. Private pipeline?

I'm in Taiwan this week where fuel is 43p a litre.
Want me to bring some back??

Gareth - Thats a bit pricey , just stop off in Qatar on your way back and pick some up at just over 11 pence a litre....
My last bill when I was there in November worked out at 56 litres at the equivalent in Qatari Riyals of £6.34 and you get attendant service.
