Someone told me tonight that they had read that Honda are producing the Fit (Jazz) in China and would be exporting to the UK at circa £6K.
I don't believe it for a minute but anyone know anything about this?
AFAIK Honda produce the Jazz in Japan only and I doubt that they would undermine the existing market where they can sell the Jazz all day at circa £10K.
The only reason to import a Fit to the UK is in the 1.5 Vtech form which I believe are produced for the Jap and Malaysin markets.

Honda has been producing the Fit (Jazz) in collaboration with Guangzhou Honda Automobile Co Ltd, its automobile production and sales joint venture in China, since 2003 - it went on sale in China in September that year.
It can sell all the cars it can produce and more in that country.
