veco shock absorbers. ok for a mondeo? - tomandjerry56
was thinking of buying two new front shocks for my ford mondeo the ones i was going to buy are veco make was wondering if any one knows if they are a good make or not before i go and buy them

Why not buy OE items, they are cheap enough i paid just over £40 each side for a shock and the top rubber mount. This was from a internet company specialising in Ford spares, they are cheap enough if you shop around, go to your local dealer and ask them for a price.Fit them yourself easy enough to do and whilst it's in bits change the anti roll bar drop links.

Fair comment,but Veco are a reputable aftermarket brand who have been trading for over 20 years,I have never had any problems with their products.

Google www.tomoparts.co.uk and they come in at £26 a side.
