Got an X reg 2000 Focus 1.8 Zetec which is having problems when starting from cold. It turns over fine and usually "Catches" after about a second but it only stutters into life, ie not cleanly like most other cars do if that makes sense.
It's almost like the cold start enrichment isn't coming in properly, once it's caught and stutered for a second or so on the point of stalling it then runs perfectly, and starts fine again later in the day.
Anybody got any ideas ?
