I have just had my Mazda`s first year service. Within a few days a rattle appeared from front offside. Took it back to dealer . They said some rust may have fallen behind disc whilst taking off the wheels to check. It appeared OK for a few miles after collection, then it started again. Took it back. They fixed it again but within 35miles it was back. They said it was something to do with disc brake. Anybody any other ideas?

After the sister in laws 323 was subjected to a main dealer service she could hear a knocking noise.
The foreman told her that it would be alright and she needed to book it in for further attention.
She insisted that it be checked straight away.
The wheel bolts were found to be loose.
Hope your's is not in this condition.

knocking noise could be drum brakes if they did a service. They basically ain't tightened something up, nothing to worry about...unless the wheel falls off. Go else where if in doubt.
